Goal :

The partners support participants in improving basic skills and key competences to increasetheiremployability and to support social, educational and personaldevelopment. 200 adultswillbe made available to participate in an extraordinaryeducationalprocess. The uniqueness of thisprocessresultsfrom the connection of the cultural heritage in the form of the richness of forests, as a naturalheritagewith the educationalprocess and alsowith participation in civic and social life.

The main goal isincreasingaccess of 200 people (120 women) fromdisadvantagedtarget groups to high quality non-formaleducationbased on the transnational cooperation and the resources of Europeannaturalheritagesuch as forestsleading to reduce the level of their social exclusion.

Sub goals :

a) increase the social and interculturalcompetences  of 200 learnersthrough participation in 2 international mobilityactivities and  9 local workshops regarding cultural and intercultural aspect in 2 years,

b) develop basic skills and key competence of 200 participants by realization of 7  educationalthematic blocks related to the forest,leading to personaldevelopment and increasing the knowledge about the word and environmentin 2 years,

c) increase the level of TIC skills of the 200 participants during a 3 joint online workshops, 7 educationalthematic blocks in the 2-years

d) improving the skills of staff  throughcommoncreation an electronic book "Competences of adultlearnersacquired in the forest" on the base of  transnational cooperation.

Implementation of the objective wouldbe impossible to beaccomplished at the national level as multiculturalismwillstrengthen the impact of projectassumptions, generateresults at the Europeanlevelthatcanbeused and reproduced in otherpartnerships.
