14.30 h.:  Open conference: Exact program to be fixed in the next few weeks.

About local heritage, senior citizens, internet and  Heuritage community as an instrument to create local digital memory and to improve computer skills by senior citizens

Movie ‘Ganshoren, 1959-1960, and input from local senior citizens
Guest speaker: Dr. Stijn Van De Perre ‘Building up digital heritage on an informal way’ (?)

This conference will be open for colleagues from Brussels and for everyone who is interested in the theme of ‘local digital heritage’. From abroad around 10 people, active in the ENCC (European Network for Cultural Centres) and interested in the  Heuritage platform will be invited to join this conference.

Special dinner together with a large group of local volunteers in socio cultural live in Ganshoren

 

Friday, 1st of July

10.00 h.:  Meeting Heuritage group

Saturday, 2nd of July

Program by voting system (to be decided before the end of May)

-       Or tourist city visit to Brussels in Group (afternoon -  by metro and walk)

-       Or visit to European Parliament in Brussels (afternoon -  by metro and walk)

-       Or trip to Bruges and Gent (whole day – transport by De Zeyp)

-       Or free day without program….

 

Sunday, 3rd  of July

11.00 h.:  Our Heuritage group is invited as guests for the ‘Picnic in the Park’
This is the start of the day long family music festival Plazey

Till the evening… or time to return home…

 

Financial:

We are aware that the hotel cost is more in Brussels then in most of the other meeting cities we had. Therefore we will have twice lunch and one dinner for free in our centre. So on this dinner you will taste the kitchen of our centre, together with a large group of local people.
