Review of the Developed Activities and Progress

-         Questionnaires

Each partner presented their “Learners Expectation and Evaluation Questionnaires” with 10 questions related to learner expectations and results with regard to project-related courses/workshops being run within each organization. After these five presentations, we agreed to establish a common version including different kinds of questions to be used with learners.

We also agreed to structure this questionnaire into different sections, with a maximum of 22 questions overall:

·        General Info (gender, age, education, school-leaving age)

·        Learner Expectations

·        English Language

·        Computing & ICT

·        European Projects

·        Workshops & Self-development

·        Results

The consortium decided to apply this questionnaire to 10 (min.) to 20 (max.) learners within their respective countries.

Target public in each organization:

·        France: +50 years

·        Greece: 25-35 years

·        Turkey: 18-45 years

·        Malta: +40 years

The Maltese partners will compile selected questions into a word document, using the French partner’s draft questionnaire as a model. Then, an excel sheet will be prepared to gather information for statistical input and evaluation.

The final version of this questionnaire will be submitted to our learners over the next six months (at an appropriate moment during our 2014-15 workshop year) and the results will be analyzed during the meeting in Malta, the date of which was changed per partner agreement from the 11th of May 2015 to the 4th of May 2015. There may also be an online version of the questionnaire and SPSS (statistical analysis software) is to be used for presentation and analysis.

-         “Poetic” Videos

As per the prior meeting minutes from Turkey, each partner will prepare and submit a 3-minute “poetical” (using art, drama, music, poetry, etc.) video by January 2015. E-Seniors presented a short draft of this video at the meeting in Turkey and will now need to produce a three-minute version of this draft. Elena from Spain will gather and combine the video from each partner. The catchphrase “Never Too Late For European Synergy” should somehow be incorporated into the final video (documentary film) of the project.

-         English Pocket Illustrated Glossary of Poetic Terminology

Each country should propose 3-5 words per letter, the letters being assigned as per the minutes from the prior meeting in Turkey. This should be sent by the end of December 2014 to Sofia from Greece who will combine all the words into the glossary. Once this has been accomplished, the consortium will decide how to go about illustrating the glossary (for ex., we might use fancy letters designed by learners, etc.).

This outcome will be presented during the meeting in Greece on the 15th of March 2015.
