The objective of this community garden project funded by EIT Food is to determine the relevance of a system that would allow citizens of the arrondissements of Paris and the municipalities of Brussels to access information on local initiatives in urban agriculture and to get involved using an app or platform based on best practices. Specifically, it is about engaging citizens in an open dialogue (e.g. focus groups) about their impressions and needs of community gardens and an app or platform, in order to understand how information (location, people responsible, activities) could best be conveyed and to ensure content is inclusive, informative and interesting (i.e. fit for purpose).
