Our project
The project Reignite Your Purpose will deliver
a comprehensive Adult Education programme intented to combat isolation and loneliness amongst older
people by enabling them to re-engage with a sense of purpose and motivation.
With a combination of different methods, positive psychology tools, forum
theater and action learning, older people will be able to build their networks
and increase their confidence, allowing them to engage more actively in their
community by using their knowledge and skills for volunteering/community work.
With these activities, Reignite Your Purpose aims, in this way, to improve
wellbeing, encourage active ageing and bridge intergenerational gaps.
