ProADAS: promotion of Active Digital Ageing

The proADAS is a 24 months Erasmus+ project ( 2018 till 30/09/2020) involving 7 partner organizations:

The project aims at tackling the gap between
ageing population and digital literacy due to senior population proportion in
Europe, contributing at the same time in the alliance of societal challenges,
technological developments and economic growth.Its main objective is to make
digital competences more accessible to seniors over 60-year old and increase
the use of ICT at all levels (instrumental activities, social participation,
learning, etc).
To achieve these goals the project will develop
the following outputs:
1) Review
paper & Research paper, which will produce a state of the Art from the existing
solutions and previous practices available in the field in the participating
countries.
2) Curriculum
ProADAS that constitutes the specific curriculum
for digital literacy and active ageing.
3) ProADAS Handbook addresses
the relevant stakeholders under the main axe of how to create adequate and
appropriate learning environments for seniors.
4) ProADAS e-learning
course will create training for both trainers and trainees delivering active
ageing digital competencies.
5) Mobile Application proADAS
addresses seniors with self-managed training that will increase the penetration
of the project outcomes to the greater and global outreach.
6) ProADAS Book, an
output aiming to wider present and disseminate the results achieved during
the project.
